MSI Defense Solutions has made a significant advancement in defense technology with the delivery of the first 70mm-centric Counter-Uncrewed Aerial Systems (UAS) for the U.S. Army. This delivery includes six state-of-the-art EAGLS™ (Electronic Advanced Ground Launcher System) units, marking a crucial step in bolstering the Army's capabilities against evolving UAS threats.


Awarded through the Rapid Acquisition Authority (RAA), the contract with the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) also encompasses engineering and maintenance support, underscoring the commitment to comprehensive operational readiness. This initiative aims to enhance the Army's defense against emerging and persistent UAS threats faced by forward-deployed forces.


As UAS technology grows in complexity and prevalence, the need for more versatile and effective countermeasures has become paramount. The EAGLS Counter-UAS system is designed to meet these demands. It offers a flexible, cost-effective solution that can be deployed in various environments, whether mobile or stationary, and is compatible with multiple platforms.
