Adani Group Plan To Make Missiles, Invest In Data Centre in Telangana

Defense News ,India :- Adani Group, led by billionaire Gautam Adani, is charting ambitious plans for diversification in Telangana. The conglomerate aims to venture into the manufacturing of missiles, counter-drone systems, and pumped storage power in the state. Additionally, the group is set to boost its data center capacity and wind energy projects in the region.

Originating from Gujarat, the Adani Group is contemplating an expansion of 300MW capacity within its existing data centers in the state. Furthermore, the conglomerate is exploring investments in an Aerospace park, showcasing its commitment to broadening its industrial footprint.

Assurances from Telangana CM Revanth Reddy underscore the state government commitment to facilitating the necessary amenities, infrastructure, and subsidies for these new industries. The objective is to spur industrial growth and generate more employment opportunities within the state.

CM Revanth Reddy extended an invitation to the Adani Group, encouraging investments to establish industries in Telangana. In response, Adani Group representatives expressed their commitment to continuing ongoing projects while seeking government support for the initiation of new ventures. Notably, the delegation emphasized the company readiness to undertake these initiatives despite the recent change in the government in Telangana.

During discussions with the government, the Adani Group delegation outlined plans for setting up a Data Centre and an Aerospace park in the state. The meeting covered topics ranging from the establishment of new projects to the progress of existing initiatives, highlighting the collaborative efforts between the conglomerate and the state government.
