Zelenskyy Unveils Ambitious Peace Plan to End War with Russia

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has embarked on an ambitious journey to draft a "comprehensive plan" to end the devastating war with Russia. Moscow currently occupies about 25 percent of Ukrainian territory and has declared the annexation of four additional regions in 2022, none of which they fully control.

At a European Union Council Summit in Brussels, Zelenskyy reiterated his commitment to presenting a detailed peace plan within months. Addressing the high casualty rates among soldiers and civilians, he stressed the urgency of finding a resolution. "We don't have too much time," he remarked, acknowledging the pressing need to halt the bloodshed.
