U.S. Air Force Sends B-1B Lancer Bombers to Sweden for Bomber Task Force 24-2
Defense News ,U.S :- Two powerful U.S. Air Force planes, known as B-1B Lancers, have traveled from their base in South Dakota to Sweden for a special mission called Bomber Task Force 24-2 on February 23, 2024.
During this mission, the bomber crews and their support team will work closely with the Swedish Armed Forces, NATO Allies, and other international partners. The goal is to coordinate their abilities and ensure safety commitments in the region overseen by the U.S. European Command.
