Adani Defence & EDGE Group Sign Cooperation Agreement for Global Defence Platform

Adani Defence & Aerospace and UAE's EDGE Group have signed an agreement to create a global defence platform, focusing on joint product development and market expansion.

Adani Defence & Aerospace, a leading Indian defence company, has signed a cooperation agreement with EDGE Group, a prominent advanced technology and defence group based in the UAE. This agreement aims to establish a global platform that leverages the capabilities of both companies to address the needs of global and local defence markets.

The cooperation will cover a broad range of defence products and technologies, including missiles, weapons systems, unmanned aerial systems (UAS), loitering munitions, counter-drone systems, unmanned ground vehicles (UGV), electronic warfare (EW), and cyber technologies. This comprehensive collaboration seeks to integrate the product portfolios of both companies to offer advanced solutions to their customers.

The agreement also includes plans to set up research and development facilities in both India and the UAE. These facilities will focus on the development, production, and maintenance of various defence and aerospace solutions. The aim is to serve not only the domestic markets of India and the UAE but also to expand into Southeast Asian and other global markets.
